Oh hello friends! Today I am so excited to share my newest favourite dress with you. Super soft fabric, so so comfy, a sweet bow detail in the back, and POCKETS! It's called the Meadow dress from Shop Apricity, and I am so in love. I knew that it would look so dreamy in our orchard, and it made all of my romanticized orchard feelings come true. Let it be known that when I pick apples for real....I don't look nearly this cute. Ha!

November 1st is always a bit bittersweet around here, as it brings about the end of the Fall craziness on our family's farm (which means we all get to REST!), but it also means that the harvest time is over, which is one of my favourite times of the year.
Read MoreAlas, apple picking season is now over! Although part of me is sad, a greater part of me is relieved. It has been a crazy early and beautiful season for us, which we are incredibly thankful for, but our busy season is nearly over now, and November brings the promise of rest!
Read MoreLiving on a farm is a weird and wonderful thing. Nearly everyone you meet dreams of living on a farm, although very few realize the amount of work that goes into running one. Plants and animals don't care about weekends or holidays, and often the amount of work that needs done in a day is much greater than eight hours worth. This is especially true during harvest time. Our family has been running hard for the last six weeks already picking apples, plums, pears, pumpkins, potatoes, squash, gourds, and more, and we're all eagerly awaiting November 1st (aka: the next day our store is closed)!
