Clara and I woke up early on our final day in Jasper in order for us to catch the gorgeous morning light, and the sunset as it bathed the mountains in soft pink tones. This location was one of the strangest and most beautiful places that we saw in Jasper. The ground was sandy, and covered with very shallow puddles that reflected the light in a way that made it look like the whole thing was water from certain angles. Just breathtaking.

Please say hello to my new favorite piece of clothing. Clara and I found it in Urban Outfitters on the sale rack....and we waffled back and forth on whether or not I should get it. It is kind of out there. Definitely not something I would normally wear. But, we both agreed that it would look fantastic in photos. Is that a bad reason to buy clothes? Probably.

Exactly a month ago I was in Edmonton visiting a couple of my besties! You know that I truly love them a lot when I choose to take a vacation in Alberta during winter, instead of in Mexico by the beach. Ha!

This photo shoot was the craziest one that Clara and I did while we were in Jasper. Temperatures were incredibly warm for this time of year (hovering around 0 degrees Celsius the whole time we were there!), but it was still chilly as we descended down into the frozen canyon.
